Effective Scope
These terms govern all access to KyotoKinetic.digital and the preliminary AI analytics consultations provided by our Kyoto-based lab. By engaging with our digital presence, you accept these operational boundaries.

Jurisdiction
All modeling activities and consulting agreements are governed by the laws of Japan, specifically the courts of Kyoto, unless otherwise specified in individual Master Service Agreements.
01. Intellectual Property
Our Lab’s proprietary logic and the protection of client-specific datasets.
The software, interfaces, and predictive modeling methodologies presented on this site are the exclusive property of Kyotokinetic. This includes all custom data science visualizations, code snippets, and the specific "KyotoKinetic" brand identity.
License to Use
We grant visitors a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view our public AI analytics insights for internal research purposes. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering our public-facing tools or using automated scraping scripts to ingest our proprietary data models without express written authorization from our Shijo Dori lab.
Specific project deliverables—including bespoke training sets and algorithmic outputs—are governed by separate, project-specific contracts which supersede these general website terms.

02. Service Boundaries
Predictive Accuracy
While our predictive modeling achieves industry-leading confidence intervals, Kyotokinetic does not guarantee absolute future outcomes. All AI analytics outputs are probabilistic in nature and should be treated as decision-support tools rather than deterministic forecasts.
Data Integrity Requirements
Clients are responsible for the quality and legality of datasets provided for processing. Our lab reserves the right to refuse datasets that violate ethical AI standards or regional privacy regulations.
Liability Limits
Kyotokinetic shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our predictive frameworks. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific service module during the three months preceding any claim.
03. Acceptable Use Protocol
Users must not attempt to breach the security of our data science environment. Any unauthorized attempts to access our underlying model parameters or training pipelines will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action under Japanese cyber-security statutes.
- Engage in credential harvesting or social engineering of our lab staff.
- Misrepresent the origin of data science insights generated by our lab.
